Conference Dinner - Wednesday, 04 June 2008 - Option 3 - Vegetarian

The Conference Dinner will be held in the "Greek Town" section of Chicago at the Parthenon Restaurant. The Parthenon, symbolizing the birthplace of Western Civilization, is one of Greece's proudest achievements. The proprietors of the restaurant believe that naming it after this architectural wonder carries a deep responsibility for excellence; we will. They hope that in some small way their efforts will help you to know the pure enjoyment of the Greek eating experience........
The Parthenon is preparing a 5 course authentic Greek dinner for us to include wine.
Option 3 - Vegetarian - Is a combination of Dolmades, Moussaka and Pastitsio.
