Elements for the Emotional Learning in Adults
The emotional domain, amongst others, takes shape as one of the dimensions of the personal identity. Our first target is to outline what we understand by emotions, which are the neural systems on which they subsist, and how they are built. The construction of the identity is basically based on the autobiographical memory (AM). Making reference to the personal identity means resorting to the AM neurological and psychological support. Regarding this subject, our second target will involve defining the AM and describing its components, structure, organisation and development. Focusing our attention on the building of emotions, the complexity of the AM and narration as a constructive element of the self, our last target is to propose an outline for adults’ emotional education from their own personal experience.
