Enhancing Accounting Learning of the International Students: Strategies and their Effectiveness
This paper is the second part of my study on accounting learning by international students. 1st study reports on the major problems encountered by international(mainly Chinese) students studying accounting in Australian universities and offers some suggestions to resolve the problems. Suggestions are particularly those related to differences in cultural backgrounds, learning approaches, English fluencies, local accents and accounting standards.
This study applies suggested strategies of 1st study to find out the effectiveness of them in enhancing accounting learning experience and performance of the Chinese students.
